Section II - Updated Project Information

Describe what has changed from the original application: new property address, new contractor, updated cost estimates, change in project scope. Attach updated quotes.
e.g., New contractor (prior contractor went out of business); updated estimates for accessible bathroom ($45,000) and ramp ($8,000).

Statutory and regulatory authority
- 38 USC 2101 - Qualifying service-connected disabilities for the SAH grant.
- 38 USC 2102 - Up to grant maximum for SAH eligible veterans.
- 38 USC 2102A - Lower-tier housing grant for vision impairment, burns, anatomical loss not qualifying for SAH.
